SignManager is seeking an Intermediate Project Manager with sign industry experience to join their positive and energetic Melbourne Brisbane and Perth PM teams. You would be responsible for planning and coordinating a variety of mid-range projects for clients and ensuring that they are completed successfully, within the expected timelines. You will be working both autonomously and at times, within specific project teams, on the signage portfolios of some of Australia’s biggest corporations.

Suitable applicants:
This role would suit someone with at least 4 years’ experience in a medium to large signage company. Similar experience in the building and construction industry with a completed signage apprenticeship or certification in project management is welcome.

What you bring to role:
Apart from excellent communication, attention to detail, tech savvy and collaboration skills, you must have:

A genuine drive to learn and develop
4+ years experience in the signage industry with good knowledge of materials preferred
Proven administration or project management experience
A strong sense of initiative
Solid proficiency in MS Office Suite
Strong problem-solving skills
Work positively with other team members
Ability to manage priorities
A current VIC driver's license
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, reliable & resilient
Strong work ethic & a team player
Ability to work under pressure
Adaptability & flexibility to operate effectively in a faced-paced, changing environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently engage & communicate with a variety of clients & contractors
