GJI Group acquires leading Australian signage brand Signpac

The GJI group continues its investment into the digital, marketing, signage and media landscape with the successful acquisition of Signpac.

GJI Group’s CEO, Mark James recently announced that the group were actively searching for brands to acquire which complement the group’s collective skill set and capabilities to help their clients find, keep and grow their customers.

Signpac will be joining existing GJI Group brands Customology, Colorcorp and Conversify.

Signpac has been developing, designing and installing signage for over 20 years. Their specialisation in digital media signage has seen them grow and lead the market in the education sector. “The Signpac technology and innovation allows our clients to leverage the best from static and variable display benefits.” Larry Wainstien, Signpac founder and GM said.

Signpac will continue its day-to-day operations from their Sydney office. Larry Wainstein will continue to lead the team. “We are very excited about joining the GJI Group.
